Where do I even begin? My family and I were on a cross country move from the West to the East coasts with our sedan packed to the brim and not enough leg room. As luck would have it, our AC ends up blowing warm air and what I thought would be an easy fix quickly became a big concern after basic troubleshooting lead nowhere. I called a couple local mechanics and was quoted wild prices just to be looked at. But these folks? When they returned my call, I felt as though my prayers were answered. From the first conversation on the phone, I already felt welcomed by them and knew I was in good hands. We took the car there and they immediately got to work while my family and I were comfortably seated in their lobby, including our dogs, and they even offered bowls and water for them. They took our unfortunate situation and flipped it entirely upside down. They knew within a short time span what the issue was and got our car back up and running in the time estimate they gave us. As far as the price? It was absolutely money well spent. They are very honest, transparent, and up front about pricing, and in no way did I feel any doubt about it in my mind. The past weekend, during our Christmas vacations, I had a “break down” on my f150. Called, took it in and they quoted $1800 for valve cover gaskets and seals and water pump replacement. Water pump was alright, very small leak, but the major issue was the spark plug coil seals. Had some oil leaking from 3 of them. With the quote they gave me they said they would replace seals and gaskets on both valve covers, replace spark coils and spark plugs. Well, they didn’t replace anything. The only new part I could see was the water pump. Spark coils are the same as before, they still even have smudges of dirt from me taking it off-roading. Seals seem to have worked, but when I got home, after a 200 mile drive, I noticed some odd things. First off, they didn’t properly bleed the air out of the cooling system, had to bleed out all the air myself. Pretty basic stuff for so called “mechanics”. Second of all the gas line connection to the injectors was not plugged in right. That is a fire hazard, even I not being a mechanic knows that. I could smell the gas and see smoke coming out the engine. When I popped the hood open, there I saw it. The line leaking and soaking up the valve covers and ign
